PURCHASE RULES
1. General provisions
1.1. These rules (hereinafter - the Rules) together with the documents specified in these Rules determine the procedure and conditions for your (You or the Buyer) shopping in the online store www.hookedonwood.lt.
1.2. Hooked On Wood belongs to MB "Hooked on wood" (hereinafter - We), a Lithuanian company, duly registered and operating in the Republic of Lithuania, private legal entity code 3059696611, registered office address Sodų str. 60-51, LT - 55167, Jonava. Data about the Seller are collected and stored in the Register of Legal Entities, the registry manager is the State Company Register Center.
1.3. You can buy Hooked On Wood:
1.3.1. able natural persons, i.e. persons who have reached the age of majority, whose capacity is not limited by court order;
1.3.2. minors between 16 (sixteen) and 18 (eighteen) years of age, with the consent of their parents or guardians, except in cases where they dispose of their income independently;
1.3.3. legal entities;
1.3.4. authorized representatives of all the above persons.
1.4. By shopping at Hooked On Wood, you confirm that you have read and agree to the Rules, Privacy Policy and other conditions that you are informed about before purchasing the goods. In all cases, it is considered that you are familiar with the Rules and agree to them, if you confirm your agreement to the Rules by clicking "I agree" before ordering the goods. In cases where you partially or completely disagree with all or a certain part of the rules, you must not submit (refuse) the order, otherwise it is considered that you have read and unconditionally agree with all the Rules.
1.5. Hooked On Wood may change the Rules at its sole discretion and without prior notice. Changes take effect from the moment they are posted on Hooked On Wood. Your purchase is subject to the Rules valid at the time of placing the order and approved by you, so we always recommend that you familiarize yourself with the Rules at the time of each purchase.
1.6. Hooked On Wood is released from any responsibility in cases where losses arise because you, regardless of the recommendations and obligations provided, did not familiarize yourself with the store's Rules, although you were given such an opportunity. 2. Protection of personal data 2.1. Hooked On Wood handles personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy. If you purchase Hooked On Wood, it is considered that you agree to the processing of personal data and confirm that all information and personal data provided are correct and correspond to reality.

3. Conclusion of the purchase - sale contract
3.1. The buyer, who has created an account on Hooked On Wood or as a guest, can purchase goods specified on Hooked On Wood in accordance with the procedure established by these Rules by concluding a remote purchase and sale agreement (Purchase Agreement).
3.2. Hooked On Wood products are purchased in the following way:
3.2.1. you select Hooked On Wood products and create a basket;
3.2.2. you choose the method of delivery and collection. The price of the delivery of the goods and the additional fees related to this service (if applicable), the order of delivery and the delivery term are specified when choosing the method of delivery of the goods. More Rules in Chapter 4;
3.2.3. you choose a payment method. More about payment in Chapter 10 of the Rules;
3.2.4. you provide all personal data that we process in accordance with the Privacy Policy. In order to proceed with the order, you must familiarize yourself with and agree to both the Purchase Rules and the Privacy Policy;
3.2.5. before concluding the Purchase Agreement, you are clearly indicated the total price of the goods, which includes taxes and, if necessary, additional delivery and other costs (Price);
3.2.6. you click on the "Pay" link and pay the full price according to your chosen payment method.
3.3. Once Hooked On Wood has received full payment of the Price, to the e-mail specified by you. a letter is sent to the post office with confirmation of the successful conclusion of the Purchase Agreement. After sending this confirmation letter, the Purchase Agreement between us and you is considered concluded.
3.4. If the order is not paid, the Purchase Agreement is considered not to have been concluded. Hooked On Wood has the right to contact the Buyer on the phone number specified in the order or by e-mail on the basis of the concluded contract or when resolving any uncertainties regarding the execution of the contract.
3.5. Each Purchase Agreement concluded between the Buyer and Hooked On Wood is registered and stored in the Hook On Wood online store database.
4. Delivery and collection of goods
4.1. When ordering goods, the buyer undertakes to specify the exact delivery address of the goods or the desired parcel self-service terminal.
4.2. The buyer can choose from several delivery/collection methods:
4.2.1. the goods can be delivered to the address specified by the Buyer through the Courier Service. In this case, the courier coordinates the delivery time of the goods with the telephone number specified by the Buyer;
4.2.1.1. the courier may ask to show a personal identification document when handing over the goods;
4.2.1.2. the buyer undertakes to accept the goods personally or must specify the data of the person (in the case of a gift) receiving the goods in the order form.
4.2.2. goods can be picked up at the parcel self-service terminal. In this case, the Buyer is informed about the arrival of the shipment at the self-service terminal by SMS.
4.3. The buyer must first pay the delivery fee before collecting the goods by any delivery method.
4.4. Hooked On Wood delivers the goods to the Buyer in accordance with the terms specified in the product descriptions. The term of delivery of the goods starts counting from the next working day after the approval of the Purchase Agreement by Hooked On Wood. These terms ( 5 d.d.) are preliminary. They also do not apply in cases where Hooked On Wood does not have the required items in stock. In case of this problem or other unforeseen circumstances, the Buyer is always informed and the delivery date of the goods is coordinated with him. The delivery costs of the subsequent shipment are paid by us.
4.5. If Hooked On Wood does not deliver the goods within the additional term and if Hooked On Wood and the Buyer do not mutually agree otherwise, the Buyer may use the right established in these Rules to refuse the order. If the goods were paid in advance, the money paid for the goods is returned to the Buyer within 14 days.
4.6. In all cases, Hooked On Wood is released from responsibility for the violation of the terms of delivery of goods, if the goods are not delivered to the Buyer or are not delivered on time due to the fault of the Buyer or due to force majeure circumstances.
4.7. In all cases, when the buyer notices packaging violations during delivery, inconsistencies in the completeness (assortment) of delivered goods, quantity, he must indicate comments in the package delivery document provided by the courier or write a separate act regarding these violations. The Buyer must do this in the presence of the courier. If the buyer does not check the package, the completeness (assortment) of the delivered goods, the quantity and/or if these defects are not indicated in the package delivery document provided by the courier, the package is considered to have been delivered in good condition and undamaged.
4.8. If the goods are delivered in another way (for example, by postal machine) and if you notice any damage to the packaging, you should immediately inform Hooked On Wood about this through the contacts indicated. Otherwise, it will be considered that the product was delivered in good condition.
4.9. The order and rates of goods delivery (transportation) services are specified when choosing the delivery method. When sending goods outside the borders of the Republic of Lithuania and/or the borders of the EU customs union, import taxes may apply. The buyer is solely responsible for paying taxes associated with the goods, including but not limited to any import, customs, VAT and other taxes, if applicable.
5. Return of goods
5.1. The buyer has the right to cancel the purchase agreement concluded with Hooked On Wood by notifying Hooked On Wood of this in a free-form statement (e-mail info@hookedonwood.lt), indicating the desired return of the product and its order number no later than within 14 (fourteen) calendar days days from the day of delivery/collection of the item.
5.2. Termination of the purchase contract is possible for the following reasons:
5.2.1. the sold product is of poor quality. In such case, the defects of the sold goods are eliminated, the defective goods are replaced or returned in accordance with the "Retail Trade Rules, the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania and other valid legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania" approved by the resolution of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania. In all cases, money for returned goods is transferred only to the payer's bank account.
5.2.2. the sold product is of high quality and meets all requirements, but the Buyer still wants to terminate the Purchase Agreement. In such a case, the Buyer can also return the goods within the term specified in clause 5.1.
5.3. You must hand over or send the goods to us immediately, and no later than within 14 days of sending the notice of termination of the Purchase Agreement, to the address: Sodų 60-51, Jonava.
5.4. Hooked On Wood will promptly and no later than 14 days after the goods have been returned to Hooked On Wood, refund the amount paid to the Buyer, including the cost of delivery of the goods, excluding the cost of returns. If a defective product is returned, the return of the product does not cost the Buyer - these costs are covered by the Seller.
5.5. Hooked On Wood may not refund the amounts paid by the Buyer until the goods are returned to Hooked On Wood or until the Buyer provides proof that they have been sent to Hooked On Wood.
5.6. When returning goods to the buyer, it is necessary to comply with the following conditions:
5.6.1. the returned product must be in its original, neat packaging, this clause does not apply in the case of a defective product being returned;
5.6.2. the product must be undamaged by the Buyer;
5.6.3. the item must be unused, without losing its merchandise appearance (label intact, protective film not torn off, etc.) (this clause does not apply in the case of returning a defective item); 5.6.4. the returned product must be of the same configuration as the one received by the Buyer (this clause does not apply in the case of a defective product being returned).
5.7. The Seller has the right not to accept the goods returned by the Buyer if the Buyer does not follow the procedure for returning the goods established in this article.
6. Product quality guarantee and expiration date
6.1. The seller is not responsible for the fact that the color, shape or other parameters of the goods in the online store may not correspond to the real size, shape and color of the goods due to the characteristics of the display used by the Buyer.
6. 2. If the product, properly maintained (as specified in the maintenance rules), breaks down within 30 days from the date of receipt, the customer can report this by e-mail. by mail info@hookedonwood.lt or by other methods specified in the contacts, and Hooked On Wood undertakes to replace it with an analogous product, only after receiving the old product back.
7. Obligations of the buyer
7.1. The Buyer is responsible for the security of their login details and any actions taken on behalf of the Buyer on Hooked On Wood or in relation to Hooked On Wood. Any order, registration or other action on Hooked On Wood on your behalf will be deemed to have been made on your behalf.
7.2. The buyer is responsible for the accuracy, correctness, completeness of the data provided in the Hooked On Wood registration form and the order form and for the timely correction of the data in case of changes.
7.3. After registering, the Buyer undertakes not to transfer his login data to third parties. If the Buyer loses his login data, he must immediately notify Hooked On Wood of this via the means of communication indicated in the "Contacts" section.
7.4. If the registered Buyer's data in the registration form changes, he must update it immediately in the "Information" section of his Hooked On Wood account.
7.5. The buyer, when buying Hooked On Wood, undertakes to comply with these Rules and not to violate the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
8. Rights of Hooked On Wood
8.1. If the Buyer attempts to damage the stability and security of the online store or violates his obligations, Hooked On Wood has the right to immediately and without warning limit or suspend his access to the online store or, in exceptional cases, cancel the Buyer's registration.
8.2. In the event of important circumstances, Hooked On Wood may temporarily or completely terminate the online store without notifying the Buyer in advance. In this case, all accepted and confirmed orders of Buyers are completed and no new orders are accepted.
8.3. If the Buyer has paid for the Goods in advance and in the event of malfunctions or inaccuracies, and Hooked On Wood fails to contact the Buyer within the specified period according to the selected method of communication or delivery, then Hooked On Wood has the right to cancel the order and return it back to Hooked On Wood. If the goods were paid for in advance, in this case, the money paid for the goods is returned to the Buyer within 14 days, after deducting the bank fees paid to Hooked On Wood for the bank transfers made and the goods delivery fee, if any.
8.4. Hooked On Wood has the right to cancel the order without notifying the Buyer in advance, if the Buyer, having chosen the payment methods provided for in the Rules, does not pay for the goods within 3 (three) working days.
9. Obligations of the seller
9.1. Hooked On Wood undertakes to enable the Buyer to use the services provided by Hooked On Wood under the conditions set out in these Rules and the online store.
9.2. Hooked On Wood undertakes to respect the Buyer's privacy right to personal information belonging to him, i.e. The personal data specified by the buyer shall be processed only according to the procedure specified in the Privacy Policy.
10. Product prices, payment procedure and terms
10.1. The prices of goods in the online store and in the formed order are indicated in euros and include other taxes, including VAT and other taxes (if applicable). If the goods are delivered outside the borders of the Republic of Lithuania and/or the European Union, the Buyer himself will be responsible for paying taxes related to the Goods, including, but not limited to, any import, customs, VAT and other taxes, if applicable.
10.2. The buyer pays for the goods in one of the following ways:
10.2.1. Payment using electronic banking means advance payment using the electronic banking system used by the Buyer. The Buyer transfers the money to the Hooked On Wood account according to the advance invoice provided to the Buyer, within the term specified in the invoice. The responsibility for data security in this case rests with the relevant bank, since all monetary transactions take place in the bank's electronic banking system.
10.2.2. Paysera? Pure?
10.3. By approving the Rules, the Buyer agrees that the documents for the purchase of goods - invoices, which are also the goods' warranty vouchers - will be submitted electronically to the e-mail address specified in the Buyer's registration form.
10.4. After Hooked On Wood has confirmed the order, the price of the Product indicated in the online store can be changed only when it has changed due to a technical error in the information systems or other objective reasons beyond Hooked On Wood's control. If in this case the Buyer does not agree to purchase the product at the new price, the Buyer may cancel the order by informing Hooked On Wood. Upon cancellation of the order in accordance with the procedure provided for in this point, all amounts paid by the Buyer are returned to the Buyer.
10.5. Hooked On Wood has the right to prepare and implement various promotions, such as product price reductions, discount systems, at its discretion. Hooked On Wood reserves the right to unilaterally and without prior notice change the duration, terms and conditions of promotions or cancel them. Any change or cancellation of the terms and conditions of the promotions is valid only from the moment of their execution and does not apply to orders placed before them. Information about ongoing promotions is available on the website of the Hooked On Wood online store.
10.6. Hooked On Wood does not provide financial, payment, money transfer and related services, so every time you make a payment, you use the services of third parties. We cannot be held responsible for any third-party services, including, but not limited to, the services specified in these Terms.
11. Intellectual Property
11.1. The content presented on Hooken On Wood, the goods for sale are protected by copyright, therefore any copying of the content or the goods, parts of the goods is not allowed.
12. Marketing and Information
12.1. Hooked On Wood may, in its sole discretion, initiate email promotions of various kinds in the store, change their conditions or terminate them in accordance with the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
12.2. Hooked On Wood sends all messages using the means of communication specified in the Buyer's registration form.
12.3. Hooked On Wood is not responsible if the Buyer does not receive information or confirmation messages sent due to the Internet connection, e-mail. network failures of postal service providers.
12.4. Without the Buyer's wishes, Hooked On Wood will not use the Buyer's personal data for marketing purposes and will not send the Buyer advertising or informational messages, except for those necessary to fulfill the order submitted by the Buyer.
13. Final Provisions
13.1. These rules are drawn up in accordance with the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
13.2. Relations arising on the basis of these rules shall be governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania.
13.3. All disagreements arising from the implementation of these rules shall be resolved by negotiation. If an agreement cannot be reached, disputes are resolved in accordance with the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
13.4. "The buyer - user must first submit a request and/or complaint regarding the activities and services of the electronic store in writing to Hooked On Wood and indicate their requirements. Disagreeing with Hooked On Wood's answer, the Buyer can contact the State Service for the Protection of Consumer Rights (Vilniaus st. 25, 01402 Vilnius, e-mail: tarnyba@vvtat.lt, phone: 852626751, on the website www.vvtat.lt, for its territorial divisions in counties - vvtat.lt/index.php?470187665) or fill out the application form on the Electronic Consumer Dispute Resolution Platform at https://ec.europa.eu/odr/.".
PIRKIMO TAISYKLĖS
1. Bendrosios nuostatos
1.1. Šios taisyklės (toliau - Taisyklės) kartu su šiose Taisyklėse nurodytais dokumentais nustato jūsų (Jūs arba Pirkėjas) apsipirkimo tvarką ir sąlygas internetinėje parduotuvėje www.hookedonwood.lt.
1.2. Hooked On Wood priklauso MB “Hooked on wood” (toliaus - Mes), Lietuvos bendrovė, tinkamai įregistruota ir veikianti Lietuvos Respublikoje, privataus juridinio asmens kodas 3059696611, buveinės adresas Sodų g. 60-51, LT - 55167, Jonava. Duomenys apie Pardavėją kaupiami ir saugomi – Juridinių asmenų registre, registro tvarkytojas Valstybės įmonė Registrų centras.
1.3. Pirkti Hooked On Wood gali:
1.3.1. veiksnūs fiziniai asmenys, t.y. asmenys, sulaukę pilnametystės, kurių veiksnumas nėra apribotas teismo tvarka;
1.3.2. nepilnamečiai nuo 16 (šešiolikos) iki 18 (aštuoniolikos) metų amžiaus, turintys tėvų ar rūpintojų sutikimą, išskyrus tuos atvejus, kai jie savarankiškai disponuoja savo pajamomis;
1.3.3. juridiniai asmenys;
1.3.4. visų aukščiau nurodytų asmenų įgaliotieji atstovai.
1.4. Apsipirkdami Hooked On Wood, Jūs patvirtinate, kad susipažinote ir sutinkate su Taisyklėmis, Privatumo politika ir kitomis sąlygomis, apie kurias esate informuotas prieš įsigyjant prekes. Visais atvejais laikoma, jog Jūs esate susipažinęs su Taisyklėmis ir joms pritariate, jeigu prieš užsakydamas prekes, patvirtinate savo pritarimą Taisyklėms paspausdamas „Sutinku“. Tais atvejais, kai Jūs iš dalies ar visiškai nepritariate visoms arba tam tikrai daliai taisyklių, privalote nepateikti (atsisakyti) užsakymo, priešingu atveju laikoma, jog susipažinote ir besąlygiškai sutinkate su visomis Taisyklėmis.
1.5. Hooked On Wood gali keisti Taisykles savo nuožiūra ir be išankstinio perspėjimo. Pasikeitimai įsigalioja nuo paskelbimo momento Hooked On Wood. Jūsų pirkimui taikomos užsakymo pateikimo metu galiojančios ir Jūsų patvirtintos Taisyklės, todėl visada rekomenduojame su Taisyklėmis susipažinti kiekvieno pirkimo metu.
1.6. Hooked On Wood atleidžiamas nuo bet kokios atsakomybės tais atvejais, kai nuostoliai kyla dėl to, jog Jūs, neatsižvelgdami į teikiamas rekomendacijas ir įsipareigojimus, nesusipažinote su parduotuvės Taisyklėmis, nors Jums tokia galimybė buvo suteikta.
2. Asmens duomenų apsauga
2.1. Hooked On Wood asmens duomenis tvarko vadovaudamasis Privatumo politika. Jei perkate Hooked On Wood, laikoma, kad Jūs sutinkate su asmens duomenų tvarkymu ir patvirtinate, kad visa pateikta informacija ir asmens duomenys yra teisingi ir atitinka tikrovę.
3. Pirkimo - pardavimo sutarties sudarymas
3.1. Pirkėjas, susikūręs paskyrą Hooked On Wood arba kaip svečias, gali pirkti Hooked On Wood nurodytas prekes šių Taisyklių nustatyta tvarka sudarydamas nuotolinę pirkimo-pardavimo sutartį (Pirkimo sutartis).
3.2. Prekės Hooked On Wood įsigijamos tokiu būdu:
3.2.1. išsirenkate prekes Hooked On Wood ir suformuojate krepšelį;
3.2.2. pasirenkate pristatymo ir atsiėmimo būdą. Prekių pristatymo kaina ir su šia paslauga susiję papildomi mokesčiai (jeigu tokie taikomi), pristatymo tvarka ir pristatymo terminas nurodomi, renkantis prekių pristatymo būdą. Daugiau Taisyklių 4 skyriuje;
3.2.3. pasirenkate apmokėjimo būdą. Daugiau apie apmokėjimą Taisyklių 10 skyriuje;
3.2.4. pateikiate visus asmens duomenis, kuriuos tvarkome pagal Privatumo politiką. Norint tęstį užsakymą, turite susipažinti ir sutikti tiek su Pirkimo taisyklėmis, tiek su Privatumo politika;
3.2.5. prieš sudarant Pirkimo sutartį, Jums aiškiai nurodoma bendra prekių kaina, į kurią įskaičiuojami mokesčiai ir, jeigu yra reikalingos, papildomos pristatymo ir kitos išlaidos (Kaina);
3.2.6. paspaudžiate nuorodą “Mokėti” ir apmokate visą Kainą pagal pasirinktą jūsų atsiskaitymo būdą.
3.3. Hooked On Wood gavus pilną Kainos apmokėjimą, į Jūsų nurodytą el. paštą yra išsiunčiamas laiškas su patvirtinimu dėl sėkmingo Pirkimo sutarties sudarymo. Atsiuntus šį patvirtinimo laišką, Pirkimo sutartis tarp mūsų ir Jūsų laikoma sudaryta.
3.4. Užsakymo neapmokėjus Pirkimo sutartis laikoma nesudaryta. Hooked On Wood turi teisę susisiekti su Pirkėju užsakyme nurodytu telefono numeriu arba elektroniniu paštu sudarytos sutarties pagrindu arba sprendžiant iškilusius neaiškumus dėl sutarties vykdymo.
3.5. Kiekviena tarp Pirkėjo ir Hooked On Wood sudaryta Pirkimo sutartis yra registruojama ir saugoma Hook On Wood internetinės parduotuvės duomenų bazėje.
4. Prekių pristatymas ir atsiėmimas
4.1. Pirkėjas, užsakydamas prekes, įsipareigoja nurodyti tikslų prekių pristatymo adresą ar norimą siuntų savitarnos terminalą.
4.2. Pirkėjas gali rinktis iš kelių pristatymo/atsiėmimo būdų:
4.2.1. prekės gali būti pristatomos Pirkėjo nurodytu adresu per Kurjerių tarnybą. Tokiu atveju kurjeris prekių pristatymo laiką suderina su Pirkėju nurodytu telefono numeriu;
4.2.1.1. kurjeris, perduodamas prekes, gali paprašyti parodyti asmens tapatybę patvirtinantį dokumentą;
4.2.1.2. pirkėjas įsipareigoja prekes priimti asmeniškai arba užsakymo formoje turi nurodyti asmens (dovanos atvejis), priimančio prekes, duomenis.
4.2.2. prekes galima atsiimti siuntų savitarnos terminale. Tokiu atveju Pirkėjas apie siuntos atvykimą į savitarnos terminalą yra informuojamas SMS žinute.
4.3. Pirkėjas prieš atsiimdamas prekes bet kuriuo pristatymo būdu, prieš tai turi būti sumokėjęs pristatymo mokestį.
4.4. Hooked On Wood pristato prekes Pirkėjui vadovaudamasis prekių aprašymuose nurodytais terminais. Prekių pristatymo terminas pradedamas skaičiuoti nuo kitos darbo dienos po Pirkimo sutarties patvirtinimo iš Hooked On Wood pusės. Šie terminai ( 5 d.d.) yra preliminarūs. Jie taip pat netaikomi tais atvejais, kai Hooked On Wood sandėlyje nėra reikiamų prekių. Esant šiai problemai ar kitoms nenumatytoms aplinkybėms, Pirkėjas visada informuojamas ir su juo suderinamas prekių pristatymo terminas. Vėlesnės siuntos pristatymo išlaidas apmokame mes.
4.5. Jei Hooked On Wood nepristato prekių per papildomą terminą ir jei Hooked On Wood ir Pirkėjas abipusiu susitarimu nesusitaria kitaip, Pirkėjas gali pasinaudoti šiose Taisyklėse įtvirtinta teise – atsisakyti užsakymo. Jei už prekes buvo sumokėta avansu, Pirkėjui per 14 dienų yra grąžinami už prekes sumokėti pinigai.
4.6. Visais atvejais Hooked On Wood atleidžiamas nuo atsakomybės už prekių pateikimo terminų pažeidimą, jeigu prekės Pirkėjui nėra pateikiamos arba pateikiamos ne laiku dėl Pirkėjo kaltės arba dėl force majeure aplinkybių.
4.7. Pirkėjas visais atvejais pristatymo metu pastebėjęs pakuotės pažeidimus, pristatytų prekių komplektiškumo (asortimento), kiekio neatitikimus, privalo kurjerio pateikiamame siuntos pristatymo dokumente nurodyti pastabas arba surašyti atskirą aktą dėl šių pažeidimų. Tai Pirkėjas privalo padaryti, dalyvaujant kurjeriui. Pirkėjui nepatikrinus pakuotės, pristatytų prekių komplektiškumo (asortimento), kiekio ir (ar) kurjerio pateikiamame siuntos pristatymo dokumente nenurodžius šių trūkumų, siunta yra laikoma pristatyta tinkama ir nepažeista.
4.8. Jeigu prekės pristatomos kitu būdu (pavyzdžiui, paštomatu) ir pastebėjus pakuotės pažeidimus, apie tai reikia iš karto informuoti Hooked On Wood nurodytais kontaktais. Priešingu atveju bus laikoma, jog prekė buvo pristatyta tinkamos būklės.
4.9. Prekių pristatymo (transportavimo) paslaugų tvarka ir įkainiai yra nurodomi, pasirenkant pristatymo būdą. Siunčiant prekes už Lietuvos Respublikos ribų ir (ar) ES muitų sąjungos ribų gali būti taikomi prekių importo mokesčiai. Pirkėjas yra pats atsakingas už mokesčių, susijusių su prekėmis, sumokėjimą, įskaitant, bet neapsiribojant, bet kokius importo, muito, PVM ir kitus mokesčius, jeigu jie taikomi.
5. Prekių grąžinimas
5.1. Pirkėjas turi teisę atsisakyti prekių Pirkimo sutarties, sudarytos su Hooked On Wood, pranešdamas apie tai Hooked On Wood laisvos formos pareiškimu (elektroniniu paštu info@hookedonwood.lt), nurodant pageidaujamą grąžinti prekę ir jos užsakymo numerį ne vėliau kaip per 14 (keturiolika) kalendorinių dienų nuo daikto pristatymo/atsiėmimo dienos.
5.2. Pirkimo sutarties nutraukimas galimas dėl šių priežasčių:
5.2.1. parduota prekė nekokybiška. Tokiu atveju parduotų prekių trūkumai šalinami, nekokybiškos prekės keičiamos ar grąžinamos vadovaujantis Lietuvos Respublikos Vyriausybės nutarimu patvirtintomis „Mažmeninės prekybos taisyklėmis, Lietuvos Respublikos Civiliniu kodeksu ir kitais galiojančiais Lietuvos Respublikos teisės aktais. Pinigai už grąžintas prekes visais atvejais pervedami tik į mokėtojo banko sąskaitą.
5.2.2. parduota prekė kokybiška ir atitinka visus reikalavimus, tačiau Pirkėjas vis tiek nori nutraukti Pirkimo sutartį. Tokiu atveju Pirkėjas taip pat gali grąžinti prekes per 5.1 punke nurodytą terminą.
5.3. Nedelsiant, ir ne vėliau kaip per 14 dienų nuo pranešimo apie Pirkimo sutarties nutraukimą išsiuntimo, prekes turite perduoti ar išsiųsti mums adresu: Sodų 60-51, Jonava.
5.4. Nedelsiant, ir ne vėliau kaip per 14 dienų nuo dienos, kai prekės buvo grąžintos Hooked On Wood, Hooked On Wood grąžins Pirkėjui sumokėtas sumas, įskaitant prekių pristatymo išlaidas, išskyrus grąžinimo išlaidas. Jeigu yra grąžinama nekokybiška prekė, Pirkėjui prekės grąžinimas nekainuoja – šias išlaidas padengia Pardavėjas.
5.5. Hooked On Wood gali negrąžinti Pirkėjo sumokėtų sumų tol, kol prekės negrąžintos Hooked On Wood arba kol Pirkėjas pateikia įrodymą, kad jos yra išsiųstos Hooked On Wood.
5.6. Pirkėjui grąžinant prekes, būtina laikytis šių sąlygų:
5.6.1. grąžinama prekė turi būti originalioje tvarkingoje pakuotėje, šis punktas netaikomas tuo atveju, kai grąžinama nekokybiška prekė;
5.6.2. prekė turi būti Pirkėjo nesugadinta;
5.6.3. prekė turi būti nenaudota, nepraradusi prekinės išvaizdos (nepažeistos etiketės, nenuplėštos apsauginės plėvelės ir kt.) (šis punktas netaikomas tuo atveju, kai grąžinama nekokybiška prekė); 5.6.4. grąžinama prekė turi būti tos pačios komplektacijos, kokios buvo Pirkėjo gauta (šis punktas netaikomas tuo atveju, kai grąžinama nekokybiška prekė).
5.7. Pardavėjas turi teisę nepriimti Pirkėjo grąžinamų prekių, jei Pirkėjas nesilaiko šiame straipsnyje nustatytos prekių grąžinimo tvarkos.
6. Prekių kokybės garantija ir tinkamumo naudoti terminas
6.1. Pardavėjas neatsako už tai, kad internetinėje parduotuvėje esančios prekės savo spalva, forma ar kitais parametrais gali neatitikti realaus prekių dydžio, formų ir spalvos dėl Pirkėjo naudojamo vaizduoklio ypatybių.
6. 2. Jei prekė, tinkamai prižiūrima (taip, kaip nurodyta priežiūros taisyklėse) suskyla per 30 dienų nuo gavimo datos, klientas gali apie tai pranešti el. paštu info@hookedonwood.lt ar kitais kontaktuose nurodytais būdais ir Hooked On Wood įsipareigoja ją pakeisti analogiška preke, tik atgavę seną prekę atgal.
7. Pirkėjo įsipareigojimai
7.1. Pirkėjas atsako už savo prisijungimo duomenų saugumą ir bet kokius veiksmus Hooked On Wood ar santykyje su Hooked On Wood, atliktus Pirkėjo vardu. Bet koks užsakymas, registracija ar kiti veiksmai Hooked On Wood Jūsų vardu bus laikomi atliktais Jūsų vardu.
7.2. Pirkėjas yra atsakingas už Hooked On Wood registracijos formoje ir užsakymo formoje pateiktų duomenų tikslumą, teisingumą, išsamumą ir duomenų savalaikį tikslinimą jiems pasikeitus.
7.3. Užsiregistravęs Pirkėjas įsipareigoja neperduoti tretiesiems asmenims savo prisijungimo duomenų. Jei Pirkėjas praranda prisijungimo duomenis, jis privalo nedelsiant informuoti apie tai Hooked On Wood skyriuje „Kontaktai“ nurodytomis susisiekimo priemonėmis.
7.4. Jeigu pasikeičia užsiregistravusio Pirkėjo registracijos formoje pateikti duomenys, jis privalo nedelsdamas juos atnaujinti savo Hooked On Wood paskyros skiltyje "Informacija".
7.5. Pirkėjas, pirkdamas Hooked On Wood, įsipareigoja laikytis šių Taisyklių bei nepažeisti Lietuvos Respublikos teisės aktų.
8. Hooked On Wood teisės
8.1. Jei Pirkėjas bando pakenkti internetinės parduotuvės darbo stabilumui ir saugumui ar pažeidžia savo įsipareigojimus, Hooked On Wood turi teisę nedelsiant ir be perspėjimo apriboti ar sustabdyti jam galimybę naudotis internetine parduotuve arba išskirtiniais atvejais panaikinti Pirkėjo registraciją.
8.2. Susidarius svarbioms aplinkybėms, Hooked On Wood gali laikinai arba iš viso nutraukti internetinės parduotuvės veiklą, apie tai iš anksto nepranešę Pirkėjui. Tokiu atveju, visi priimti ir patvirtinti Pirkėjų užsakymai užbaigiami vykdyti, o nauji užsakymai nėra priimami.
8.3. Pirkėjui iš anksto apmokėjus už Prekes ir kilus nesklandumų ar netikslumų, ir Hooked On Wood nepavykus susisiekti su Pirkėju per nurodytą terminą pagal pasirinktą susisiekimo ar pristatymo būdą, tuomet Hooked On Wood turi teisę užsakymą atšaukti ir grąžinti atgal į Hooked On Wood. Jei už prekes buvo sumokėta avansu, tokiu atveju Pirkėjui per 14 dienų yra grąžinami už prekes sumokėti pinigai, atskaičius banko mokesčius, mokamus Hooked On Wood už atliktus banko pavedimus bei prekių pristatymo mokestį, jeigu toks buvo taikomas.
8.4. Hooked On Wood turi teisę iš anksto nepranešęs Pirkėjui anuliuoti jo užsakymą, jeigu Pirkėjas, pasirinkęs Taisyklėse numatytus apmokėjimo būdus, nesumoka už prekes per 3 (tris) darbo dienas.
9. Pardavėjo įsipareigojimai
9.1. Hooked On Wood įsipareigoja šiose Taisyklėse ir internetinėje parduotuvėje nustatytomis sąlygomis sudaryti Pirkėjui galimybę naudotis Hooked On Wood teikiamomis paslaugomis.
9.2. Hooked On Wood įsipareigoja gerbti Pirkėjo privatumo teisę į jam priklausančią asmeninę informaciją, t.y. Pirkėjo nurodytus asmens duomenis tvarkyti tik Privatumo politikoje nurodyta tvarka.
10. Prekių kainos, apmokėjimo tvarka ir terminai
10.1. Prekių kainos internetinėje parduotuvėje ir suformuotame užsakyme nurodomos eurais ir apima kitus mokesčius, įskaitant PVM ir kitus mokesčius (jeigu jie taikomi). Jeigu prekės pristatomos už Lietuvos Respublikos ir (ar) Europos Sąjungos ribų, pats Pirkėjas bus atsakingas už mokesčių, susijusių su Preke, sumokėjimą, įskaitant, bet neapsiribojant, bet kokius importo, muito, PVM ir kitus mokesčius, jeigu jie taikomi.
10.2. Pirkėjas atsiskaito už prekes vienu iš šių būdų:
10.2.1. Apmokėjimas, naudojantis elektronine bankininkyste – tai išankstinis apmokėjimas pasinaudojant Pirkėjo naudojama elektroninės bankininkystės sistema. Pinigus Pirkėjas perveda į Hooked On Wood sąskaitą pagal mūsų Pirkėjui pateiktą išankstinę sąskaitą, per sąskaitoje nurodytą terminą.. Atsakomybė už duomenų saugumą šiuo atveju tenka atitinkamam bankui, kadangi visos piniginės operacijos vyksta banko elektroninės bankininkystės sistemoje.
10.2.2. Paysera? Gryni?
10.3. Pirkėjas, patvirtindamas Taisykles, sutinka, kad prekių pirkimo dokumentai – sąskaitos faktūros, kurios kartu yra ir prekių garantiniai talonai, jam būtų pateikiamos elektroniniu būdu Pirkėjo registracijos formoje nurodytu elektroninio pašto adresu.
10.4. Po to kai Hooked On Wood patvirtino užsakymą, internetinėje parduotuvėje nurodyta Prekės kaina gali būti keičiama tik, kai ji pakito dėl informacinių sistemų techninės klaidos ar kitų nuo Hooked On Wood nepriklausančių objektyvių priežasčių. Jei tokiu atveju Pirkėjas nesutinka įsigyti prekės nauja kaina, Pirkėjas gali atsisakyti užsakymo informuodamas apie tai Hooked On Wood. Anuliavus užsakymą šiame punkte numatyta tvarka, Pirkėjui grąžinamos visos jo sumokėtos sumos.
10.5. Hooked On Wood turi teisę savo nuožiūra rengti ir vykdyti įvairias akcijas, pavyzdžiui, prekių kainos sumažinimus, nuolaidų sistemas. Hooked On Wood turi teisę vienašališkai ir be išankstinio įspėjimo keisti akcijų trukmę, sąlygas arba jas atšaukti. Bet koks akcijų sąlygų ir tvarkos pakeitimas ar panaikinimas galioja tik nuo jų atlikimo momento ir nėra taikomas iki jų pateiktiems užsakymams. Informacija apie vykstančias akcijas pateikiama Hooked On Wood internetinės parduotuvės tinklalapyje.
10.6. Hooked On Wood neteikia finansinių, mokėjimo, pinigų pervedimo ir su tuo susijusių paslaugų, todėl kiekvieną kartą atlikdami mokėjimą Jūs naudojatės trečiųjų šalių paslaugomis. Mes negalime būti laikomi atsakingais dėl bet kokių trečiųjų asmenų paslaugų, įskaitant, bet neapsiribojant, šiose Taisyklėse nurodytas paslaugas.
11. Intelektinė nuosavybė
11.1. Turinys, pateikiamas Hooken On Wood, parduodamos prekės yra saugomos autorių teisių, todėl bet koks turinio ar prekių, prekių dalių kopijavimas nėra leistinas.
12. Rinkodara ir informacija
12.1. Hooked On Wood savo nuožiūra gali inicijuoti el. parduotuvėje įvairaus pobūdžio akcijas, keisti jų sąlygas ar jas nutraukti vadovaujantis Lietuvos Respublikos teisės aktais.
12.2. Hooked On Wood visus pranešimus siunčia Pirkėjo registracijos formoje nurodytomis susisiekimo priemonėmis.
12.3. Hooked On Wood neatsako jei Pirkėjas negauna siunčiamų informacinių ar patvirtinančių pranešimų dėl internetinio ryšio, el. pašto paslaugų tiekėjų tinklų sutrikimų.
12.4. Pirkėjui nepageidaujant Hooked On Wood nenaudos Pirkėjo asmens duomenų rinkodaros tikslais ir nesiųs Pirkėjui reklaminių ar informacinių pranešimų, išskyrus tuos, kurie būtini vykdant Pirkėjo pateiktą užsakymą.
13. Baigiamosios nuostatos
13.1. Šios taisyklės sudarytos vadovaujantis LR teisės aktais.
13.2. Šių taisyklių pagrindu kylantiems santykiams taikoma LR teisė.
13.3. Visi nesutarimai, kilę dėl šių taisyklių vykdymo, sprendžiami derybų būdu. Nepavykus susitarti, ginčai sprendžiami LR įstatymų nustatyta tvarka.
13.4. „Pirkėjas – vartotojas prašymą ir (ar) skundą dėl elektroninės parduotuvės veiklos ir paslaugų pirmiausia raštu privalo pateikti Hooked On Wood ir nurodyti savo reikalavimus. Nesutikdamas su Hooked On Wood atsakymu, Pirkėjas gali kreiptis į Valstybinę vartotojų teisių apsaugos tarnybą (Vilniaus g. 25, 01402 Vilnius, el. p. tarnyba@vvtat.lt, tel. 852626751, interneto svetainėje www.vvtat.lt, jos teritoriniams padaliniams apskrityse – vvtat.lt/index.php?470187665) ar užpildyti prašymo formą Elektroninėje vartotojų ginčų sprendimo platformoje, adresu https://ec.europa.eu/odr/.”.
